ORDERING HOURSOrders can be placed or revised at any time. Our catering office is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. RUSH ORDERSWe do our best to accommodate last minute orders. The timeframe considered to be RUSH ORDER depends on the airport being served. For example, orders placed for IAD within three hours of delivery would qualify as RUSH ORDERS. Please see our cancellation policies below for details related to your specific airport. RECIPE REQUESTS and SPECIAL ORDERSRecipe requests and special orders are welcome. Please allow advanced time for shopping and preparation. Note that these requests require twenty-four hours advanced notice for cancellation. COLD AND HOT CANCELLATION POLICY - IAD, JYO, and HEFMerone's Catering requires six hours advanced cancellation notice for cold items and eight hours advanced notice for hot items. Please note that any order placed within three hours of delivery will be considered to be a RUSH ORDER and cannot be cancelled. COLD AND HOT CANCELLATION POLICY - DCA, CJR, RMN, and OKVMerone's Catering requires eight hours advanced cancellation notice for cold items and ten hours advanced notice for hot items. Please note that any order placed within five hours of delivery will be considered to be a RUSH ORDER and cannot be cancelled. COLD AND HOT CANCELLATION POLICY - BWI, ADW, DMW, FDK, MTN, GAI, and ESNMerone's Catering requires nine hours advanced cancellation notice for cold items and eleven hours advanced notice for hot items. Please note that any order placed within six hours of delivery will be considered to be a RUSH ORDER and cannot be cancelled. COLD AND HOT CANCELLATION POLICY - RIC, CHOMerone's Catering requires ten hours advanced cancellation notice for cold items and twelve hours advanced notice for hot items. Please note that any order placed within seven hours of delivery will be considered to be a RUSH ORDER and cannot be cancelled. ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION CONSIDERATIONSMerone's Catering requires twenty-four hours advanced cancellation notice for orders exceeding $2,000 in value. BILLINGWe accept cash, checks, wire transfers and all major credit cards. Accounts are available only with prior credit application and approval, and must keep a valid credit card on file at all times. |
